Overview

The Support Worker will deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs, enabling them to live independently and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support tailored to individual care plans
Assist with personal care, medication, and daily living activities
Support clients with social engagement and community integration
Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are met
Requirements
Previous experience in a support or care role preferred
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings/weekends
