Job Title: Researcher – Executive Search (Italian Speaking)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid (UK-based preferred)
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Experience Level: Graduate to 3 years’ experience

An opportunity to join a high-performing executive search firm as a Researcher supporting senior consultants on retained assignments. This role is suited to a native Italian speaker with strong academic credentials and a clear interest in executive search, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping across target industries and geographies
Identify, engage, and qualify senior-level candidates for executive search mandates
Support the end-to-end search process, including longlisting and shortlisting
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using internal databases and external tools
Deliver detailed market insights, competitor analysis, and candidate reports
Assist in preparing client-facing documentation (candidate profiles, market maps, reports)
Develop knowledge of key sectors and maintain awareness of market trends
Engage with candidates professionally, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Candidate Profile
Native-level Italian language skills (essential)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (essential)
0–3 years’ experience post-graduation
Ideally currently working as a Researcher within an executive search firm
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Commercial awareness and interest in executive search / recruitment
Preferred Background
Exposure to executive search, recruitment, or talent intelligence
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
Understanding of international markets, particularly Italy
